Stay safe and God Bless. Official Board Summary – Sept. 15, 2020.
The Official Board met on September 15th and approved the Re-Opening plan presented to them. The first service for the re-opening of our church will be the Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, September 27th at 2 o’clock at the Lions Park. Regular services in the church will resume on Sunday, October 4th. Upon entering the church, you will be asked to sanitize your hands, provide your name and phone number for contact tracing, pick up your own bulletin and proceed to a seat. Seating will be marked off according to social distancing requirements by the government. The trustees will be marking the seats so you will know where you can sit. You will NOT be able to sit with people that are not in your family bubble and you must wear a mask while you are in the church. There will be no hymn books and you must take your bulletin with you and dispose of it by the door on the way out or take it home. Checklists for cleaning will be on display throughout the church. Groups using the church will need to follow this checklist for cleaning before they leave the church. After the service you do not need to sanitize your seat, however, if you use the washrooms, you will need to sanitize anything you touch. At the close of church, please remain seated until you are directed to leave your pew and follow the appropriate arrows to exit the building. “The Spirituality of Aging.” We will meet in the Milford/Lantz parlour on Wednesdays @ 1:30pm - March 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8.
